In the June edition of Sydney DEHS’s newsletter you will read articles about:

Online Presentation training

Twenty four teachers from across the distance education and access program schools participated in training in week 10 term 2 on Online Presentation delivered by experienced trainers from the Australian Film Television and Radio school (AFTaRS). Two training sessions were conducted, one at Dubbo School of the Air and the other at the AFTaRS training centre.

Teachers at both training days expressed positive views about the training, with many saying they would be able to confidently take their new skills into their future lessons.

Sourthern Cross School of Distance Education – Learning Innovation

At Southern Cross SoDE a Learning Innovations Team has been established for staff to pursue project ideas they have for teaching and learning.
